The home is located in a calm residential area but within walking distance you will find restaurants, supermarkets and the beach, which is very convenient.

Once you enter the home you will find a tasteful living/dining area with high ceilings and direct access to the terrace. A private office space and a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances/utensils necessary for your stay, connected with the swimming pool area.
Moving up to the upper floor through a white elegant spiral staircase you will find a total of three bedrooms, all with queen beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The additional two bedrooms share a bathroom that’s connected between a walking closet, giving both one’s own space. You will also find a private terrace with a nice view.
The cinema room is one of the particularities of the villa, with a surround sound system where you can watch the best movies (you can also access your Netflix account) while relaxing in the comfortable sofas.
Just pop up some warm popcorn, bring the drinks and turn on your favorite movie!
Going out to the terrace you will find a stunning emerald green pool for private use, comfortable sunbeds, parasols, BBQ, outside covered dining space, a relaxing sofa group and green surroundings. To enjoy an unforgettable afternoon in the delightful garden.

At our exclusive vacation home rental company, we are committed to providing our guests with the highest level of service and comfort. To ensure that the check-in process runs smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask that you arrive within the designated check-in hours: from 16:00 to 20:00.
In the event that you are unable to arrive within the designated check-in time, we offer late check-in for an additional charge. The late check-in fee covers the costs associated with having a member of our team available outside of office hours to assist you with your check-in.
Please note that the late check-in fee may vary depending on the time of your arrival, and that this fee is independent of the rental rates. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a late check-in, in order to avoid delays or complications upon your arrival.
