If you are looking for a relaxed holiday in this new built complex, Palm Beach caters to the most demanding guests. This peaceful home is in a prime location on the top of a hill, the views will leave you speechless.
The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the whole home have air condition, laundry room, 3 terraces in three different levels all with sea views. Entering the home you will find an open plan, the modern light kitchen with all kitchen utensils will be the core of the family cooking together, stylish dining area and the living room just zip in the Mediterranean views, slide the glass doors and you step out to one of the terraces just imagine yourselves with the morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise, from this terrace you will find stairs down to the terrace with the sun loungers and just dream away with a book and overlooking the stunning sea view. From the living room stairs leading up to a big terrace with a sofa to relax in, big out door dinging table and the BBQ, this terrace have the most amazing views over the coast and Fuengirola Bay.
In the complex has its own parking space inside, the common areas within the complex special attention is paid to the design of the garden, the name of the complex is due to the large preserved palm trees, a truly enchanting environment. The community pool is located in the southeast location of the complex where you enjoy the unparalleled sun and the view to the Mediterranean Sea with the infinity feeling of the pool, the stairs leading under the pool deck you will find the bathrooms and changing rooms and a multipurpose room for the community to use.
From the airport it takes about 20 minutes by car to the home. Closest train station is Torreblanca and takes approximately 17 minutes to walk to, if you walk from the station to the home it will take longer time due to it is uphill.
In the area of Torreblanca/Carvajal you will find nice beaches, the beach club ´´El Higueron´´ just within walking distance, here you can enjoy sunbeds, bar, restaurant and just feel the touch of luxury and dream away and enjoy.
The ´´Chiringuitos´´ (the beach restaurants) you will find along the beach promenade to enjoy sardines that they grill in boats or try any of the Mediterranean dishes. To walk to the beach from the home would take about 12 minutes. Everything you need you will find on the beachfront as bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarket etc.

In the event that you are unable to arrive within the designated check-in time, we offer the option for a late check-in for an additional fee. The late check-in fee covers the costs associated with having a member of our team available outside of regular business hours to assist with your check-in.
