This New Townhouse is a very stylish home that consist of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and a lots of wardrobe spaces, kitchen leading out to the livvingroom, three lovely privat terraces, BBQ, 2 private parkings, community pool and very nice area with sunbeds.
Just outside the complex there is children play ground. Also you have a busstop in front of the house that takes you to Fuengirola and surroundings.
This home is situated in the part of Torreblanca (Fuengirola) in a nice calm area close to al amenties. To walk to the Torreblanca trainstaion takes about 4 minutes, that has a very easy access to the end station of Fuengirola or to the airport and as well charming Malaga with the narrow streets ending out in to the small beautiful squares and the port with all cruise ships.
To the busstop it´s about 5 minutes walk and it goes regularly to Fuengirola or the other way to Benalmadena and Torremolinos.
You will find supermarkets close by, one of the supermarkets ´´ Maxi market´´ is very close to Torreblanca trainstation which has a large assortment of Scandinavian, English and Spanish products.
The lovely beach is only 6 minutes walk away. Here you can enjoy the stunning view of the cost and take a dip in the Mediterranean Sea. All allong the beach you will find ´´Chiringuitos´´ beach restaurants where you can eat typical mediterranean food and try the sardines that they grill in the boat.
The kitchen is very good equipped with all kitchen utensils and has an open plan with a stylish dining area, leading out to the living area from were you have access to a terrace with a cozy sofa to enjoy in the evenings with lovely mountain and Mediteranean Sea view. On this floor you have as well another terrace leading out close from the kitchen to enjoy breakfast or a nice BBQ.
One floor down you find a cozy bedroom with ensuite bathroom, access to the garage for two cars, and the laundry room.
On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, big wardrobe, from the bed you have an amazing sea view to wake up to every morning, leading out to a privat terrace were you can take the morning coffee and just sip in the veiw of the mountains and the Medeterranean Sea. On this floor there are two more bedrooms , extra bathroom with shower.
On the second floor you find a big terrace with much privacy, outside dining area, sunbeds. From here you will have speechles views, just to relax and enjoy with your family and friends.
