The kitchen features an open plan that leads into the stylish dining and living area, equipped with a Smart TV. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious terrace, where you can relax on the sun loungers, take a dip in the SPA pool, and take in the breathtaking views. The terrace also includes an outdoor kitchen with a sink and BBQ, perfect for the family chef to draw inspiration from the incredible surroundings of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally, the terrace offers a stylish dining area and a cozy sofa to relax and soak in the unique atmosphere.
The complex includes a lovely garden and pool area. The GYM overlooks the pool area, providing a scenic view during your workout. For your convenience, there is private parking available.
The closest train station, Carvajal, is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to Fuengirola, the airport, and charming Malaga with its narrow streets, beautiful squares, and bustling port filled with cruise ships.
A 10-minute walk will take you to the beach, and just 3 minutes further is the 'Beach Club Higueron,' where you can enjoy sunbeds, a bar, and a restaurant.
