The Villa
Designed across four levels and sleeping up to 10 guests, Villa Infinity combines elegant contemporary architecture with breathtaking Mediterranean views from almost every room.
Arrive to a beautifully landscaped garden centred around a centuries-old olive tree and a serene pond with a waterfall — a first impression that sets the tone for everything that follows.

The Living Spaces
The main living level is the heart of the villa: a sweeping open-plan space with multiple lounge areas, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, and panoramic sea views. A bio-ethanol fireplace sets the mood for cooler evenings. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen handles everything from lazy breakfasts to long celebratory dinners, with those same extraordinary views as a backdrop. A Sonos sound system runs throughout the property — indoors, out to the pool terrace, and all the way up to the rooftop.
The Master Suite
The entire upper floor is given over to the master suite — a genuine sanctuary. A private sea-view terrace, a luxurious marble bathroom with a freestanding bathtub facing the Mediterranean, a walk-in wardrobe, and a smart TV. It is the kind of bedroom you will not want to leave. Adjoining it is a second bedroom with two single beds — easily joined to form a double — sharing access to the master bathroom — ideal for children, or close friends travelling with the group. Together, the upper floor works beautifully as a self-contained family level.
Further Bedrooms
Three additional bedrooms — each well-appointed and private — make Villa Infinity ideal for families, groups of friends, or multiple couples travelling together. All bedrooms have en- suite private bathroom access.
Entertainment
The lower level is an entertainer’s paradise. A private cinema room with large projection screen and immersive 9.1 surround sound, a full-size billiards table and a private bar, which can be pre-stocked on request, set the stage for evenings that go exactly where you want them to. A reading and games lounge and two further en-suite bedrooms complete the level, feeling entirely self-contained.
Throughout the Villa
Air conditioning in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi across all floors, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and private gated parking for two cars. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

A kilometre away, Benalmádena Pueblo is one of those Andalusian villages that feels entirely unchanged by time — whitewashed streets, family-run restaurants, and a pace of life that reminds you what a holiday is supposed to feel like. It is the kind of place you wander into for lunch and find yourself still there as the sun goes down.
For dining further afield, the Costa del Sol punches well above its weight — from relaxed chiringuitos on the beach to destination restaurants that draw guests from across Europe. Golf is equally serious: the region is home to some of the finest courses on the continent, several of them just minutes from the villa.
Málaga — a vibrant city with a world-class food scene and extraordinary cultural life — is about 30 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banús are also 30 minutes down the coast. For those who want to venture further, Villa Infinity makes an ideal base for exploring Andalusia’s greatest landmarks. Granada and the Alhambra are around two hours away — entirely manageable as a full day trip. Seville, with its cathedral, flamenco, and extraordinary food scene, is a similar distance. Most guests find that four to five days here is enough to fit in at least one of these trips — and come back wondering why they didn’t stay longer.
Arrival &; Check-In
Every check-in at Villa Infinity is personal and face-to-face — a member of our team will be there to welcome you, walk you through the villa, and make sure everything is exactly as it should be. No key boxes, no impersonal handovers.

Late arrivals: Late check-in can be arranged for an additional fee. We simply ask that you
contact us in advance so we can ensure a seamless welcome whenever you arrive.

Villa Infinity is set within a quiet residential community and we ask all guests to respect both the property and the neighbours.

We do not use lockers for check-in, because we work exclusively with private homes, it is important for us to verify that the person checking in is the same person who made the reservation. At our exclusive vacation home rental company, we are committed to providing our guests with the highest level of service and comfort. To ensure that the check-in process runs smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask that you arrive within the designated check-in hours: from 16:00 to 20:00.
In the event that you are unable to arrive within the designated check-in time, we offer late check-in for an additional charge. The late check-in fee covers the costs associated with having a member of our team available outside of office hours to assist you with your check-in.
Please note that the late check-in fee may vary depending on your arrival time, and that this fee is separate from the rental rates. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a late check-in, in order to avoid delays or complications upon your arrival.
GARDENER/POOL MAINTENANCE
At Lyx Homes - Málaga, we take great pride in maintaining our properties to the highest standards, ensuring that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Regular maintenance of the garden and pool is essential to keep the surroundings beautiful and in top-notch condition for our guests.
We understand that the timing of these visits may not always align with your schedule, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific timeframes for these visits as the maintenance staff has a dynamic schedule to cover multiple properties in the area.
However, we will do our best to inform you in advance whenever possible about their expected visits. We want to ensure that these brief maintenance activities do not disrupt your vacation and that you have the utmost privacy and enjoyment during your stay.
If you have any specific concerns or preferences regarding the timing of these visits, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
